List-Unsubscribe: , List-Archive: Usually from what I know when folks use a browser to download files they are automatically binary format. If you use a windows ftp client such as voyager, ftpx, ws_ftp, etc you can set biary or ascii mode by buttons on the application. Again, usually they are pre-defaulted to binary.
