Martin,
First you go into the download link.  Then, you need to page down until
you find something that says "download free realplayer 7 Beta".  Then you
need to fill out a form with a few questions.  When you get to the
platform, choose linux rpm.  
I just reached that step myself, after first making the mistake of
downloading the self-extracting version.
