List-Unsubscribe: , List-Archive: Rodney, We have been using DSL service from QWEST for a year and a half now. I won't say we haven't had some occasional problems, but nothing like what poor Ann describes. They don't time us out ever; they don't seem to force us to deal with java or anything like that; my lynx seems to work fine.
