Needs updating, speakup distributions aren't accessible once 
mirror.services.wisc.edu is reached.  I also used ncftp to verify the 
inaccessibility and it failed to find any distributions.  I did hear a 
message file saying fc no such file or directory though.  I'll check and 
see if the debian accessibility floppies are still available for now 
hopefully those will be current enough to get a system installed.
