List-Unsubscribe: , List-Archive: Word Files, as is the case with anything in Windows, are unnecessarily full of overhead just to convey text. I like to use Notepad a lot for various tasks and it is much faster than Word or even Wordpad which will read Word6 format. So why create extra unnecessary overhead in the first place. If you need to enhance a document with special fonts, formatting, etc., then fine but most times, Word is a huge hog. Amanda Lee Alexandria, VA
