I haven't been able to get Problem with almost all broadband services (IMHO) is that nobody working for them has any clue that anything but Windows exists. I have had both DSL and cable and had NO problem setting them up, not even when they told me "We don't run on Mac." What O.S. do you support? Both. Both?
