A couple more things,
What do I enter to start a download/install?
And I would like to my WIFI for this, what is the terminal command for
connecting wirelessly to my router?
Seems that there is something like "netscan" or something.

No this can only install Debian squeeze as it is a business card image
that pulls Debian down from the repository.
