I am running jaws 13.0.852 and IE 8.0
Operating system windows 7 64-bit.
Admittedly my system sometimes just acts funky, so I will give it another try soon.

I'm sorry to hear this. around 100 or more various screen reader users have taken the survey so far, and they haven't had issues, so let's try to narrow yours down so we can definitely solve it.
