They use install scripts to install the base system. Have a look at https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Installation_Guide and https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Beginners%27_Guide as well as the Arch Linux for the Blind setup instructions at https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Arch_Linux_for_the_blind to become familiar with how the new install system and Talking Arch works and to get you on your way to a successful Arch installation. I haven't worked with EFI, but there should be some instructions linked in the wiki articles to help you use it effectively. Hope this helps. ~Kyle
