If you know what the package you want to install is called open up /etc/setup/installed.db with notepad and the list is in alphabetical order just put your package in the slot it needs to be in like this: My_package my_package.tar.bz2 0 Then run the setup program again and it will update it to the latest version and there you go. Subject: cygwin question Hello, I was wondering how much experience everyone have had with cygwin and jaws. When I try to select packages, it's not accessible at all. Is there a way I can do this without fighting with the installer? Thanks, Tyler Littlefield Web: tysdomain.com email: tyler@tysdomain.com My programs don't have bugs, they're called randomly added features. _______________________________________________ Speakup mailing list Speakup@braille.uwo.ca http://speech.braille.uwo.ca/mailman/listinfo/speakup
