EEERRRGL why is this bug still there?! It was supposed to be fixed in
9.7... Alternatively, you can use 9.5:

Note: bug reports about Debian should really be reported to
debian-accessibility@debian.org, otherwise they really run the risk
of not being noticed. I happen to read speakup@, but not everything,
so chances are that I would have missed it, and all other people on
debian-accessibility@lists.debian.org will have missed it.
