Fixed a bug in speak-out synth indexing which caused it to misbehave.
extended line buffer to 256 chars instead of 170, aparently 170 is too short.
fixed chartab as repeats etc. where not being shown or stored.
See README for an explanation.
also read above/below for char and word.
speakup help has all the new keys and features in it.
