All,

I would like to announce the release of espeakup 0.71.

Espeakup is now multi-threaded, thanks again to a patch from Chris
Brannon. This does away with the high number of wakeups that you were
seeing in previous versions.

The tarball is available in the contrib directory of the speakup git
repository and will be available on your distributions soon.

Also, the espeakup git repository is at
git://github.com/williamh/espeakup.git if you are comfortable with
installing from git.

If you have any issues, questions or patches, feel free to let me know.

Thanks,

William
