Unless I'm mistaken, the problem with that approach is that it
requires the ftp server to also be using stunnel. Let's face it,
there's no such thing as a secure ftp protocol, and if you really need
a secure way of transferring files, you should be looking at things
like sftp via the ssh protocol, or rsync over ssh.
