Do you have a working Fedora on this server? If so, you should be telling us whether or not the sha1sum succeeds or fails. That's how we validate media and iso files. Also, I'm puzzled about your inability to retrieve complete iso files from our on line repository. Since you're familiar with the Installation HOWTO, may I reiterate its guidance about using a download method that can resume when downloads are interrupted? PS: I'm sure CheapBytes would send you a second set. As noted previously on this list, quite a few people have installed both from downloaded iso files and burned media, including media from CheapBytes.
