I just copied one of the others like DECTalk and altered the commands so I got it basically working but can't control the voice selection as I pointed out earlier. I will next code in the pitch, rate, and volume parms. I did it for Espeak so it shouldn't be too hard for Cepstral either. I'm just not sure about the voice selection.
