Subject: Speech-dispatcher not speaking certain characters
Date: Sat, 21 Oct 2006 14:30:22 -0300 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <20061021183130.XSDN14484.mta10.adelphia.net@zeus> (raw)
Hi guys.
Has anyone seen this one?
When using the latest cvs of Speakup and Speech-dispatcher and Flite as my
synth Speakup doesn't say certain characters like . And -.
I tried changing the punctuation setting to all in the speechd.conf file but
the problem doesn't go away.
Anyone know how to fix this one?
Tom
