It depends on which distro you are using. Here are some tips though. Put a start up script in /etc/init.d if you have such a beast. This is how it's done on systems like Debian and Fedora Core. If you have slackware then if memory serves the script you add things to is /etc/rc.d/rc.local HTH. -- Life is like bein' on a mule team.
