As far as I know, Kirk has not officially stated that tuxtalk isn't
being developed anymore. In fact, when speech-dispatcher and
speechd-up became a viable software speech solution for speakup, I
posted to this list asking if that meant that tuxtalk wasn't going to
be developed anymore, to which Kirk gave a resounding no, that
tuxtalk will still be developed.
