The documentation says to run the following three commands (you probably don't need to run the first one): apt-get install gnupg The second command needs to refer to the fingerprint shown in your error message. It says: gpg --keyserver keyring.debian.org --recv 07DC563D1F41B907 Then the third command is as follows: gpg --armor --export | apt-key add - You do all that as root, of course.
