It would be quite possible for Shell World to host the unpack tool for their subscribers. The way BookShare downloads work, this would work very well. When you download from BookShare, your download file is encrypted using the same password you have for logging into BookShare. So, any one BookShare subscriber still can't unpack someone else's download. I'm not on Shell World, so suggest someone else who is ask over there about this.
