Since Sarge is still testing, security.debian.org isn't likely to be much use. They're working on getting the security structure in place, but it isn't working yet. For now, security updates only happen in stable. Of course, the security fixes are uploaded to unstable and will probably move to testing after the necessary amount of time. Hope this helps.
