I'm thinking of playing with vmware for the 30 day trial period, and I want to install it on a host gnu/linux system. I know you need to have x setup to run vmware, but I plan to launch x virtually, the way that Janina does, without having it appear on the screen and all that. Anyway, my question is does anyone know if it is possible to install vmware without sighted assistance, or do I need to hook up a mouse and monitor to this machine, run x for real, and get a sightling here to read to me? Thanks.
