So, when you say they all point to "the same wrong place," can you please explain what you mean? The Table of Contents links should go directly to the section named. They do for me whether I view the document on line, or whether I view it in my browser off my hard drive--my downloaded copy. Is this not happening for you? What browser are you uwing?
