In any case, I don't have such notes, and I won't be back in the office until January 2. Have you talked with the product vendor about this issue? Also, have you handled the device you want to install this software on to be sure that you will like working with it? The 3650 has a dial pad that I have personally found unpleasant to use because I spent so much time finding the next button to push. It's not a typical touch-tone keypad.
