So, it comes down to is TTS readily achievable? As a matter of course, you pretty much have to file the complaint twice, once against the service provider (Cingular in this instance it seems), and a second time against the manufacturer (Nokia this time). They will point fingers at each other if you don't. The thing is that you don't have to work all of that out.
