List-Unsubscribe: , List-Archive: We believe the chip in the Braille Note is the NEC VR41xx. Several of us joined in a project to port Linux to the Braille Note this time last year. We were unsuccessful when Pulse-Data would not supply units for us to work with. That's the real issue--one would need to be able to take the risk on blowing away a few Braille Note boards, and especially the flash roms, before one got it right.
