Hi. Debian installation disks are created from either the boot-floppies
package or from Debian installer sources. Versions of Debian through
Woody (version 3.0) use the boot-floppies package. The version in
testing (version 3.1) will use Debian installer.
You will probably need to already have a system running Debian to create
them.
If you already have a Linux system, you can use a program called
debootstrap to install a Debian system.
