Hello!
Ok, I got speechd-up working at first.
Then I wanted to implement support for both swift aand dectalk.
I messed around very much, but didn't get software dectalk to work.
Then suddenly, I get errors that a config file isn't found in my home
directory.
when running spd-conf it seems to work, but when I press enter after the
final question I get a very much python errors, and that it can't find my
config file.
What is this?
speech dispatcher doesn't say anything either.
/Kristoffer

Hi. The current state of speech-dispatcher speechd-up and the opentts fork
is confusing.
Speech-dispatcher exists in Debian, but speechd-up and the opentts fork
appear to only
be available in Ubuntu.
For now, I use speech-dispatcher for Orca and espeak for speakup.
