Well, Karen, I had to get new hardware, so I bought a dec-talk usb from 
GWMicro
for $695.  In looking in yahoo shopping I FOUND dectalk expresses for $1195,
however, a vender in Omaha listed one for $1095.  I could not get him to 
return
my call.
Karen, the good news for you is that I won't be needing my decpc card any 
more.
We can discuss this off-list.
