Well, use a cp -R, and it should grab about everything.
 If not I know how to make Windows 98 autoinstall if you have a 98 retail
version.
The best way to copy Windows to another drive is to load Windows go to the
ms dos prompt and type.

xcopy32 /c /e /r /k
