If you wish to do a telnet install from a windows box you can use a program called Terraterm pro which works fine with Window Eyes and Jaws. You can also use terraterm to do a serial install between the Windows and the target Linux box. While the kickstart file is a hit and miss once you get Red Hat installed it will create a file called anaconda_kickstart.cfg, and place it in your root home directory. This file can be backed up to floppy, and reused in future installs. Hth.
