Yes, more then one actually. The one that I'm most familiar with is called
mldonkey, which was originally written as a overnet/edonkey client, but has
since evolved to support bittorrent, gnutella, and quite a few more
protocols.

, and if you're running debian testing, and most likely unstable, you can
grab it by:

apt-get install mldonkey-server

. No, the package doesn't exist in sarge.
