My hd and floppy drive are on one ide = controller, and the Cdrom and Cdrw are on another controller. The cdrw = is slaved to the Cdrom I believe. I haven't checked the wiring, so this = could be wrong. But if you were to set it up that way, I suppose it = would probably work.
