I wouldn't call it a release... but at least they now have a tarball so you
don't need to get it from cvs. check
ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/sources/gnopernicus/0.7 or
http://www.baum.ro/gnopernicus.html (the latter has been down for the past
few days).
