Well, first of all, when the boot screen comes up, you type swspeak

Try counting to 15 after you turn on the computer, since it'll probably take
about 5 or so seconds for your bios, and that will give you some lee way ...
After you type swspeak and hit enter, then wait for about a minute or two
... Until you get to the prompt, at which point you type speechd-up

Take care,
Sina

Hello folks,

I know that the commands to start GRML are:
grml swspeak
speechd-up

I, however, cannot get it to start. I am sure that there is a specific part
in the boot process where I need to type these commands. How do I know when
I need to type them?

Thanks,
Robby
