If it is the cause of my partitions going nuts a few days ago, it's going in the bin but for now its the best option I have. When I run the installation, do I type speakup_synth=APOLO or modprobe speakup_apollo? last time I hadn't a speaking installation. Will I still ahve to install the speakup modified kernel with the fix for the apollo? I've re-downloaded the images yesterday.
