I'm not at all sure that this is your problem, and yes, I know this is not a 
list for discussing windows-based apps; however, I wanted to at least be 
sure that you're burning the images correctly, since your using Nero and the 
operating system of the anti-christ, <smile>, as am I...sometimes.

Open up Nero, hit alt, right arrow three times to "recorder", down arrow 
four times to "burn iso image"; in the edit box, type the exact name of / 
link to the FTP file for the disk you need. (Cut and paste works well in 
this situation.)
