Subject: Rsync Red Hat files?

Hi, list. Unfortunately, I downloaded the totally messed up Red Hat iso
files before the message went out that they were busted. Can someone give
specific directions on how to update the iso files using rsync so I don't
have to download the entire mess again?
Any idea how long the rsync will take on a 56K modem?
Many thanks.
