Basically, use cursor keys (up and down) to move between links and controls, enter (or right arrow) to follow a link, backspace (or left arrow) to go back a page, type on a text control to enter text (I don't think it is like elinks where you need to press enter to allow text entry) and enter to interact with the control (eg. to push a button, tick a check box, etc). Use speakup's screen review keys (numpad) to read page contents, page up and down to move the view up and down a screen distance on the page. in links and elinks, escape accesses the menu, g to go to page, and q for quit. I would recommend using pine or some client like that for email as they are more helpful (pine has a basic menu system and some instructions on screen). From Michael Whapples
