I believe that to install everything you must go = into custom install and make sure you select everything listed there. I = had selected all of the three groupings before going to the custom = install, and found that those groupings still left things out. So in = short, you can do it, as far as I could tell, it's just more of a pain = in the ass--needlessly, I suspect.
