Subject: Kernel recompilation - eek!

Hi,
It looks as if I've got to rebuild my kernel to get a modem driver working
as I've got some failed module dependencies. Some kind soul wrote me a list
of steps over a year ago and I've lost it (I think it was Jeff Shang). Can
somebody help me out?
Thanks.
Tim
