List-Unsubscribe: , List-Archive: Ok, finally figured what the problem was here. I have to say yes to power manigement support and advanced power management. IfI include real apm bios calls to power down it caused the shutdown to hang. So when I removed real mode apm bios calls to power down from my kernel it shutdown like it is suppose to.
