I used to get a "kernel panic" when I had = /dev/hdb instead of /dev/hda because of some horrible docs I found. = I'll try that anyways. Everything but speakup seems to work. I used jaws for dos to see if that = worked and=20 it did (I start slackware from dos using loadlin).
When the kernel boots however, the = blt clicks=20 on like it's going to say something, but nothing = happens.
