Hi Greg. Well I'll probably end up getting trplayer at some point anyway, but what difference would it make if Lynx is redirected back to the mainmenu archive page? This could either be that Freeamp doesn't support m3u which is theoretically should, or there'ssomething wrong in the way acbradio.org is sending mime types. Unfortunately, I have been unable to get an accurate header dump from Lynx, so I can't tell what its trying to send. I'm just trying to find out whether or not getting trplayer will solve the m3u problem, or whether its a server problem. But if freeamp does in fact handle m3u, and I'm experiencing this problem, its probably on the server end.

Because every time I try to listen to an m3u file on that page, I get redirected back to the archive page. However, when I go to listen to shoutcast streams, freeamp loads and plays the stream with no problem. So I know that I don't have any incorrect mime types set. Does ACB use audio/x-mpegurl or audio/mpegurl as the mime type for the m3u files? Both of them are set in /etc/mime.types to load freeamp when encountered, so I know there's no problem there. According to Matt Campbell, he said that the server isn't set to send the correct mime type (s) to a browser such as lynx. Does this still hold true? If anyone could enlighten me as to why I can't listen to ACB shows under Linux, it would be greatly apreciated. Thanks in advance!
