Subject: Adding List Identifier To Subject Lines of List Posts
Date: Thu, 1 Feb 2007 18:54:30 -0500	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <000801c7465c$523b44e0$8e802648@earth> (raw)

Dear list:
I have only been a member for a very short period of time, but I have a good idea.
I believe that it would be a good idea to add the word Speakup perhaps in brackets to the beginning of all subject lines of all posts to the list. This way, members can filter all posts to the Speakup mailing list, whether they are sent to the list or to the poster themselves.
What do you think? Perhaps to keep list traffic to a minimum on this discussion, you could send replies to me direct.
Would the mods and admins prefer that I discuss this with them directly?
Has this approach been tried, and abandoned previously?

Regards:
Adam MacLeod
