1. Will speakup supports this during installation  ? That Will speaks
during install process?
If you mean will speakup read the dectalk installer the answer is a big
you bet.  If you mean can you use the dectalk software during the
install of linux the answer is no.   
 2. Will it supports emacspeak also?
Yes it will.
