I am notsure if this has been on this list, however, here is the package which enables Napster on Linux systems. The only requirement is that you have PERL with threads enabled. I noticed that on most distributions, for whatever reason, PERL 5.60 comes with threads disabled by default. Currently, I am trying to figure out whether I need to recomple PERL to enable threads or I can just change particular option. If anyone knows the answer, please let me know. On this page http://search.cpan.org/search?dist=MP3-Napster You will find a package called mp3-napster.tar.gz Download it, follow instructions, and you're off in using napster!!!
