A few weeks ago I wrote about a problem with Speakup 0.10 and the Apollo synth. The truth is that Apollo and Speakup 0.10 work very well together now on my desktop PC, while they didn't when I tried them on a laptop (because of serial port problems I think!). So sorry for the false alarm and thanks to all of the Speakup developpers! And now one question: can someone give me a brief explanation on how to set the synth parameters (rate, punctuation, etc.) without the loadspk utility? Thanks in advance and sorry for the repetition if this topic has already been covered. Best regards Michela
