It really does not matter if the driver gets installed infact it will not because it uses autoexic.bat and xp does not use this to load tsr programs. =20 You just need to make sure the files are on your drive so you can update the fermware. Choose not to have the autoexec.bat or config.sys updated. Then go into a dos window and run the update from there. Read the manual/readme for instructions. Thanks.
